As a Technician at LPM Services, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall integrity and functionality of our clients’ properties. Your primary responsibilities will encompass carpentry, general repair and maintenance, painting, fencing, and on-call availability.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in carpentry, general repair, and maintenance.
Proficient in drywall and painting.
Familiarity with fencing repair.
Ability to troubleshoot and address various maintenance issues.
Strong commitment to on-call availability and prompt response to emergencies.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship in all tasks.
Ability to troubleshoot and address various maintenance issues.
Skilled in general repairs and maintenance tasks for buildings and structures.
Competent in using various hand and power tools for carpentry, painting, and minor fixes.
Understanding of mechanical systems in non-specialized areas.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with departments and external vendors when needed.
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Efficiently manage time to address multiple maintenance requests.

Essential Functions:
Perform skilled carpentry to enhance and maintain property structures, including doors, windows, floors, ceilings, and non specialized systems.
Apply painting techniques to improve property aesthetics and address related maintenance needs.
Repair and maintain fencing structures for security and visual appeal.
Address emergency maintenance requests promptly, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and replacements.
Provide clear communication regarding maintenance activities and timelines.
Navigate work order management software effectively.
Work Environment:
Depending on the tasks, technicians may need to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety goggles, gloves, hard hats, and sturdy footwear.
Technicians receive proper training on safety protocols, especially when working with machinery, chemicals, or in potentially hazardous conditions.
Technicians need to travel between different properties within a local or regional area to address maintenance needs.
