Access Service Cloud to access transport/storage request Review spreadsheet attached to case that includes pick up & drop off location address, contact & phone number to ensure all details are included. Copy the spreadsheet data and paste it into (1) master tracking spreadsheet (2) daily spreadsheet to vendor Email transport/storage requests in batch 2x daily to vendor(s) for quotes. As quotes received from vendor, update master tracking spreadsheet and Service cloud case. Send case to defined contact in SC for approval. Monitor Service Cloud for approvals from defined contact. Follow up with client and/or vendors for updates if not received. Monitor master spreadsheet to ensure the vendor is meeting set checkpoints as defined by Service Level Agreement.
