As an Operations Manager with One Home Solution, you will report directly to the Regional Director of Operations. You will manage the day-to-day operations in the Orange County region. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various activities to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to the team as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of home maintenance industry practices and regulations as well as being highly adaptable to changing market conditions to ensure the continued success of the company.
What You'll Do
· Lead a team of Property Care Specialists to ensure the highest quality of service is provided to members.
· Hire and train new employees while following our company-wide policies.
· Oversee job assignments, schedule employee shifts and manage work orders to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
· Manage vendor relationships to ensure service delivered meets the expectations of our members.
· Secure contracts with vendors to create partnerships with trusted industry professionals.
· Oversee the site budget, track expenses and payroll, working with our finance team to keep operating tasks to a minimum.
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
· Implement internal quality control measures to ensure our company standards are consistently met.
· Engage directly with members to ensure their satisfaction and handle complaints as required.
· As required, create policies and procedures to ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently and in accordance with industry best practices.
· Prepare and submit accurate monthly expense reports.
· Communicate all One Home policies and procedures, including updates and revisions, to your team.
· Additional duties as assigned by the Regional Director of Operations.
What You’ll Bring
· Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
· 5 years of experience in a service management role, preferably in the home maintenance industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, reliability.
- Proficiency with technology; the ability to use a smartphone and laptop, utilizing different software for daily operations.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Knowledge of home maintenance and repair services is preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
· Versatility and agility in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
· Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period.
· Reach overhead and below the waist.
· Occasionally push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds.
· Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $80,000.00 per year
