What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Shop Operator position at LRE Foundation Repair?
LRE Foundation Repair, a regional leader in foundation repair and concrete services, is looking for a part-time Shop Operator to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and possesses a close attention to detail. This is a part time position and duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to work 20 hours per week
- Maintenance of the yard, including mowing and landscaping
- Building maintenance and small office repairs
- Receiving and stocking inventory
- Operating forklift
- Ordering and inventory of office supplies
- Loading and unloading of trucks
- Assisting Branch Manager with miscellaneous duties
- Maintaining records of repairs, products, and supplies
- Forklift experience preferred
- Must possess valid driver's license, have clean driving record, and be able to operate a company vehicle
- Building maintenance and landscaping experience is a plus
- Great work ethic and willingness to learn
- Must be reliable and have own transportation
