Furniture Warehouse Associate

Overview: LS Elite is an established receiving, storage and delivery company that specializes in white glove service. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are customer satisfaction driven with a high degree of attention to detail. We are experiencing fast and steady growth and are looking for qualified candidates to grow with us.

Responsibilities

  • Processing incoming and outgoing inventory
  • Filling out receiving report and noting damages right away
  • Moving assets safely to correct areas and noting locations
  • Tagging items with proper information for inventory
  • Keeping aisles and paths clear from obstructions and debris

Experience and Physical Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior moving, furniture delivery, and/or warehouse work is HIGHLY preferred
  • Professional & clean-cut appearance
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to follow and listen to instructions
  • Ability to do basic counting and math
  • Ability & agility to lift heavy items 75lbs on a regular basis as well as standing, walking, stooping in a warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
  • Willingness & ability to complete and pass a criminal and driving background check and drug-screen prior to employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
