We are currently searching for an accounts payable to join our team based out of East Brunswick, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Bank statement reconciliations
- Prepare vendor payments via check and wire
- Reconcile Accounts Payable accounts
- Inter-company billings
- Record transactions to the general ledger via journal entry
- Review T&E expense activity
- Calculation of cash requirements
- Assist with routine investor requests
- Assist with maintenance of investor database
- Compile and distribute investor correspondence
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- Must have very good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail.
- Work well independently and within a team atmosphere.
- Self-starter, with ability to operate effectively with limited supervision.
