Our Expectations
SECTION I: TECHNICAL COMPETENCY
- Technical production skills are necessary and require a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction documents
- Proficiency in Revit is preferred
- Experience with graphics software such as SketchUp, Lumion, and Enscape is an advantage
- Understanding of relevant codes such as state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMA
- Possession of a strong moral and ethical responsibility to the principles of sustainability
- Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Strong design, graphic, and presentation skills
- Understanding of the design and procurement processes
- LEED accreditation or interest in achieving such is preferred
- 1 years of experience in an architectural office or equivalent professional setting
- Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited university or an equivalent field of study

Responsibilities will include working side by side in a team environment with our Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, and Emerging Professionals on active production projects as well as contributing to other design and marketing efforts undertaken by the firm. As such, you will play an integral part in overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm’s strategic priorities.
