Responsibilities:
- Assess damage to vehicles and develop repair plans
- Remove and replace damaged body panels
- Repair dents, scratches, and other imperfections
- Weld metal panels together
- Prepare surfaces for painting
- Apply paint and clear coat
- Polish and buff painted surfaces
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in auto body repair is preferred, but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
