On-Site Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and manage accounts
- Upsell products or services to customers, maximizing revenue opportunities
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
- Maintain accurate records and files, including data entry into computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify maintenance needs and coordinate necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to achieve overall goals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facilities management or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette
- Proficient in using computer software programs, including Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
- Recruiting experience is required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
