Warehouse Associate Job Description
LSI Staffing is hiring for entry level production opportunities with a garage door manufacturer in Lawrence, KS starting at $17.50-$19.60/hour with overtime hours paying up to $29.40/hour! You'll be eligible for raises every 6 months based on attendance and performance! We are looking for candidates that are eager to work and be a part of our winning manufacturing team to help with daily operations on an assembly line environment, or even over on the shipping docks.
As a production associate, you would be part of a team on an assembly line helping produce and package garage doors per order. Training is provided and paid for. After being comfortable in your role, you will be cross trained in other areas of the facility.

To qualify, you’ll need to be able to:
- Rotate to different workstations as production needs require.
- Lift and/or move up 10 lbs, and at times lift and/or move up to 45 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours per day.
- Must be willing to work in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to work in a safe manner.
- Be able to show up for work on time.
- Be able to work well in a team setting
