Under the general supervision of the Business Manager, incumbent's mission is to provide professional level administrative support for all business aspects of the Baton Rouge campus, including day-to-day management and financial functions. Incumbent is responsible for adhering to all relevant rules, regulations and procedures while driving efficiencies and maximizing resources in support of the campus, SOM, and LSUHSC's mission. This includes but is not limited to ensuring that all expenditures are within available sources of funds and are appropriate for the projects and source of funding, accounting, contracts management, purchasing, and human resources. All duties require a high degree of independence, timeliness, attention to details, confidentiality and initiative.
