Under the general direction of the Assistant Director of Compensation & Talent Acquisition, the Compensation Manager administers the wage and salary administration program and compensation initiatives to support the goals and objectives of the University. The position ensures compensation programs are administered fairly, consistently and in compliance with government regulations as well as University standards and policies. Additionally, this position is responsible for auditing data and insuring compliance with all Compensation programs.
