Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst at LTi, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders as part of a development team to align product needs with business objectives. This will include the resolution of defects and development of product enhancements that align with the strategic goals for the organization. Our Product Analysts are the most knowledgeable users of our products and are critical to creating the best user experience for our customers and our employees. Spend your Days:

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify business needs for development
  • Employ product analysis concepts in the areas of facilitation, design, and documentation of work items
  • Clearly articulate requirements to team members
  • Work together in cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • Follow standard operating procedure of the software development lifecycle
  • Assist in maintaining a workable backlog of items that supports the team's velocity
  • Generate and maintain product documentation as part of the software development lifecycle
  • Provide ROI analysis of development efforts and product initiatives
  • Perform other duties or projects as required

Qualifications

What you must bring with you:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, MIS, Business, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of experience with a software development team
  • 0-2 years of experience in the equipment finance industry or accounting space
  • Experience with financial products and understanding of accounting for loans and leases preferred
  • Experience with Agile delivery model preferred

  • Ability to work independently and work on a cross-functional team
  • Ability to self-prioritize work
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar product

Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

  • Microsoft SQL Server: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Software environment: 2 years (Preferred)
