Hours:

8:00am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Job Duties:

• Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Lubbock National Bank.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
• Make Marketing calls on existing customers, as well as potential customers.
• Determine which financial products best meet customer needs and advising customers regarding advantages and disadvantages of different products.
• Provide friendly, fast and efficient customer service.
• Perform and supervise all teller & CSR functions in support to bank policies and procedures and regulatory agency.
• Distributes all special projects and handle each customer in a professional manner.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• College Degree preferred, although previous work experience may be considered, a minimum of two or more years of banking experience is required.
• Experience in all phases of bank operations is necessary.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees and bank management, create and maintain a good company image with the general public.
• Must be able to coordinate and supervise the branch’s customer service representatives and tellers and motivate employees under direct supervision.
• Must possess the ability to act independently and handle customer problems and complaints.
