Job Responsibilities:
Maintain relationship between Lube Management Corp and the Administrative Service Organization by:
a. Validating employee information, researching and answering employee and ASO questions
b. Post, process and approve all payroll related functions, including
i. Employee punched hours
ii. PTO, Non-Worked hours Approval
iii. Other Payments and Accruals
iv. Terminations
v. Motor Vehicle Records search process
vi. Drug Testing process
vii. 401K employee related tasks
c. Forwarding and tracking all garnishments, support orders, workers comp injury related tasks, verifications of employments and other employee related tasks and documents.
d. Other Human Resource / Payroll related tasks
