Description: The Group Manager is responsible for providing training, guidance, mentorship and support to the operational team consisting of Client Service Coordinators and Managers. The Group Manager will determine daily, weekly and monthly work requirements as well as outline and work with the identified teams on goals, milestones and continued training needs as necessary. The Group Manager is an essential role to ensure tasks and assignments are executed and meet all company and safety requirements while ensuring clients defined service levels are maintained and regularly exceeded. The Group Manager will be an expert in all aspects of operational process and efficiency with the ability to fill in as necessary to complete day to day requirements. The Group Manager with be highly engaged in maintaining operational excellence while working closely with the Director of Operations and other executive leadership team members.
Core job duties:· Work closely with assigned area to set priorities, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities for assigned direct reports· Ensure all defined service level requirements are met daily, weekly and monthly and report all results to the Director of Operations. Ability to present and articulate data to peers and the management teams· Provide daily oversite to ensure the Client needs are addressed and completed on time and within budget· Ability to solidify retention by advancing junior team members to advanced level roles
- Demonstrate flexibility and an ability to respond and implement process changes
- Participate in Team Member selection, hiring, promotion and progressive discipline
- Work closely with the Director of Operations in the development and implementation of process engineering
- Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem
- Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization
- Assist in KPI development and deployment. Provide continual support to ensure KPI’s are being achieved and providing solutions to problematic areas of concern.

Qualifications & requirements:· Must be an Area Manager for minimum of 2 (two) years prior to being considered for the Group Manager role
- Ability to articulate assignments
- Able to prioritize quickly changing requirements regularly
- Ability to work a variety of tasks simultaneously to ensure all requirements are completed in a timely manner
- Ability to present to large groups in a confident manner
- Ability to motivate, coach, counsel and lead a diverse group of operational individuals

Requirements:Requires the following skills:
- Excellent communication, both oral and written. Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone, email and written means
- Experience and aptitude toward exceptional client service
- Advanced skills with computer applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.
- Must be able to multi-task while ensuring follow up and execution of required tasks
- High degree of organization and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Responsible and reliable to handle/manage company assigned items, including but not limited to company credit card and various electronic communication devices.
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
