Consumer & Market Insights Manager

The Consumer & Market Insights Manager will be accountable for developing insights that drive strategic decisions for shaping product development initiatives, the innovation pipeline and commercialization opportunities across both B2B and B2C markets. This role resides under strategic planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating cross-functionally to identify gaps, build learning plans and draft research briefs
- Leading secondary and primary research that delivers defendable value propositions
- Translating insights into actionable recommendations with measurable business impact
- Partnering with marketing teams to recommend and build strategies
- Transferring insights knowledge to internal marketing teams
- Traveling as required for participating in fieldwork
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 years’ business experience ideally in marketing, product management, or sales
- Knowledge of research methods
- Proven project management skills
