Responsibilities

- Return all phone calls in a timely manor
- Handle all incoming emails
- Keep all files neat and orderly
- Monitor and follow up on all sales/escrows/closing files
- Maintain closing gift inventory
- Monitor weekly, monthly, and yearly goals
- Responsible for all data entries and reports
- Responsible for all correspondence
- Ask for referrals for the agent
- Back up computer files
- Prepare Reports

Buyer Clients
- Call clients and introduce procedures/what to expect
- Monitor and follow up on closing files
- Attend closings (sometimes)
After Offer Is Received
- Prepare closing file
- Initiate closing/title process
- Fill out Greensheet
- Establish communication with all parties
- Coordinate loan process
- Coordinate inspections
- Assist with appraisals
- Assist in the selection of service providers
- Schedule and coordinate closing process
- Review closing paperwork for file compliance
- Assist with occupancy
- Provide post-closing information and service
After Closing
- Order just sold cards if farm area
- Ask for Review
Additional Responsibilities
- Fill in for Listing Coordinator when needed
- Process all referrals & track
- Track Home Warranties / Payment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative & Business Operations: 1 year (Preferred)
