General Summary:
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will work side by side with other Human Resources team members in a boot and footwear manufacturing facility. The desired candidate will have previous experience in facilitating the human resources processes in a fast-paced work environment. The candidate must be a team player who can work with different level employees – factory employees to upper-level leadership. The ideal candidate will also have some front desk receptionist experience, as the position will also act as a backup to the receptionist.

· Proven organizational skills to prioritize work assignments given.
· Must be self-motivated to learn aspects of the boot making manufacturing process to better understand the needs of the organization.
Operational Excellence Focus:
· Assist in contacting candidates for interviews.
· Schedule new employee orientation.
· Complete required on-boarding documentation.
· Assist human resources customer service functions by answering emails, phones and in-person inquiries.
· Assist in posting new job requisitions through really.
· Offer other human resources related clerical assistance to other in-office human resources team members, i.e., making copies, scanning, filing, etc.
· Creating and making database on a variety of regulatory documents.
Skills & Abilities Required:
· Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and relationship building skills.
· Ideal candidate is an entry level Human Resources candidate or Human Resources Management Student.
· High School Diploma Required. Must be 18 years of age.
· Proficient in MS Office
· Ability to be onsite (El Paso, TX)
· Some front desk receptionist experience would be a plus.
· Bilingual – English/Spanish would be helpful.
