Traveling Floor Equipment Technician Salary:  $20 per hour Plus company Vehicle Gas Card, EzPass, and full set of repair tool kit.

Traveling Floor Equipment Technician Shifts:   Full-time Mon – Friday 8AM – 4PM

Our Environmental Services Department is seeking experienced Traveling Floor Equipment Technician to repair auto scrubbers, high speed burnishers, low speed floor buffers, wet and dry vacuums, and carpet extractors for long term care nursing facilities in Philadelphia PA and Central, NJ area. 

The Traveling Floor Equipment Technician self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal direct supervision. Strong follow through skills.

Traveling Floor Equipment Technician Responsibilities

·         Ability to repair auto scrubbers, high speed burnishers, low speed floor buffers, wet and dry vacuums, and carpet extractors.

·         Willingness to travel in the Central NJ and Philadelphia PA areas.

·         Perform other job duties as required.

Traveling Floor Equipment Technician Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English, follow directions, and complete tasks.
• 1 – 2 years floor equipment repairs.
• Ability to lift/carry a maximum of fifty pounds, push/pull a maximum of fifty pounds, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.
