We are looking for an entry level Office Assistant to join our small company and grow with us. The ideal candidate will enjoy learning and actively take on new responsibilities. Our company is flexible and there will be room for the right candidate to play to their strengths and interests to help move the company forward.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate a friendly and tidy office environment
- Assist the team with proposals, behind the scenes at first with potential to grow into inside sales and beyond
- Update and maintain vendor and product database (data entry)
- Send & Receive shipments and packages
- Monitor levels of supplies and re-order as needed
- Build trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Work a consistent schedule at the office up to 5 days per week
- Other duties as required

- QuickBooks Online
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
