Lucid’s Corporate Logistics team is looking for someone with proven experience managing business teams, developers, and outside partners to meet the challenges of a fast-growing automotive company. Using your supply chain know-how and creative and analytical powers to solve complex problems so the business can do more. You’re comfortable inspiring teams and simplifying complex issues to enable high-level management decision making.
Aligning technology with business strategy and goals, this role represents the business stakeholders in gathering and developing requirements for use to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practices, enabling future growth. The individual works for the business and is relied on for their expertise, their deep functional and subject matter knowledge, and their ability to recommend solutions that meet the needs of upstream and downstream stakeholders. Cross-functional collaboration is essential, as well as the capability to define projects using measured improvement strategies as well as large-scale initial implementations.
You Will:
- Configure, Design, Build, Test and Deploy SAP Logistics solutions and ensure seamless, effective implementation.
- Develop, manage, and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct workshops to drive Key Design Decisions with clear recommendations based on leading best-practice knowledge, weighed against business maturity
- Build, manage and develop project team including identify required tools.
- Develop strong relationships to create transparency in all partnership areas.
- Recruit and build a high-performing Team to support the growing business requirements
- Provide input into ROI development supporting technology solution recommendations
- Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise
You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree with 12 years of related experience, Master's degree with 8 years of related experience.
- Minimum of 15 years of SAP Logistics Execution experience
- Minimum of 10 years IT support or 5 years technical project management
- Ability to understand configuration of SAP transportation management, yard management, warehouse management, and their data inter-dependencies
- Supply Chain background, CSCP or similar preferred. Logistics process knowledge: master data configuration and setup, stock transfers, inventory movements, 3PL integration, storage / picking strategy, handling unit management, transportation management, and yard management are a must
