Job Description:
Our client seeks a highly motivated self-starter Project Manager, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. The selected candidate will work with internal stakeholders and management to solicit solutions, build and manage project plans, improve processes and resolve problems.

Note: Resource must be onsite in Raleigh, NC or Eagan, MN.

Description: Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services. Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, meeting notes and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Performs all functional duties independently. Works on high-visibility programs, or mission critical aspects of assigned program(s). Oversees the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or is responsible for the efforts and deliverables of all staff assigned to a specific job.

Required Skills:
Compiles project data and reports on status of key projects to management and project stakeholders.

Consult with management and customers regarding product feasibility and viability of network infrastructure plans and designs and includes emerging technology and product supportability into design and implementation.

Provide team with data analysis for provisioning orders in bulk to multiple network service providers using MS Office tools; track invoices and reconcile billing issues.

Serve as liaison between network engineers, development and operations teams and customer management.

Assist project teams and provides day-to-day direction and status updates for projects.

Requirements:
Ensure technical documentation is accurate and complete, meets editorial specifications, and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format, and style

Create, edit, modify and maintain version control of forms/documents and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure timely updating of policies, procedures, and processes along with the identification of issue items

Coordinate with IT business owners, customers, consultants, and other client IT stakeholders to provide subject matter expertise and guidance in order to ensure timely completion, testing, publishing, and reporting for compliance of assigned documentation

Support the writing of templates and ad hoc reports

Provide IT change management and problem solving to ensure consistent documentation updates

Facilitate, coordinate and manage communication of issues

Work with management to recommend and implement best practice solutions, enhancing process improvement; and provide written weekly status update to include, but not limited to, timelines, risks and challenges.

Preferred Skills:
High Density Wireless (802.11) and Local Area Network Infrastructure deployment projects bachelorand#39;s degree and 15 years experience. Four additional experiences may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Ability to drive projects and provide day-to-day direction to team members.

Demonstrated strong project/program management skills on a large-scale IT team.

Familiarity of Agile methods.

Ability to create visual representations (e.g., presentations) of complex IT initiatives.

Expertise with Microsoft Office suite of tools (Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio, Teams, Project).

Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

PMP Certified

Agile Certifications

ITIL Foundations certification

Network Fundamentals

Hours of Support:
The support hours will be during regular business Monday Friday. Some occasions off hours work may be required for upgrades, testing and/or deployment activities.

Additional Provisions:
Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check.

Once candidates resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process.

If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance.

All candidates must be a US Citizen, have permanent residence status (Green Card).

Candidate must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.

Cannot have more than 6 months cumulative travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members).

All overtime must be pre-approved in writing by the client manager or his/her designated representative.

Agency will not be reimbursed for overtime charges without previous written authorization. Authorized overtime will be reimbursed at straight time.
