**Job Summary:** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, with a focus on promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being. **Duties:** - Provide one-on-one care to clients with various needs, including those with disabilities, in their homes - Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks, including cooking and serving - Administer medications as directed by the client's healthcare provider - Provide first aid and CPR as needed - Maintain a safe and clean living environment, adhering to HIPAA guidelines - Engage in social activities, such as playing games or going for walks, to promote socialization and community interaction - Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the client's healthcare provider or supervisor - Keep accurate and detailed records of care and services provided - Work collaboratively with other care providers, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care - Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families **Skills:** - Experience working with people with disabilities and/or those requiring home care - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations - Ability to cook and prepare healthy meals - Certification in First Aid and CPR - Understanding of the principles of social work and community care - Familiarity with home health care and the needs of clients in their homes - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Compassionate and empathetic nature - Reliable and punctual - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, with a focus on promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
