Lucky’s Market Concord is open in the Gristmill Village Shopping Center (former Reiders Market space) located at 7596 Fredle Dr, Painesville (Concord), OH 44077!

In the Lucky's Apothecary department you will find the healthy living products that you are looking for. From body care, vitamins and supplements, CBD to proteins. We LOVE working with and supporting our local partners in this department who have such amazingly impressive products.

Lucky’s leads the way with the highest quality farm-fresh produce, a delicious deli featuring chef-created foods, delectable craft sandwiches and a wide range of homemade selections—all while including your family favorites, too. Customers can look forward to the freshest farmer’s market style produce, natural and organic foods, high-end meat cut daily by butchers on site, freshly prepared foods from our kitchen and healthy living products. Other store highlights will include an extensive beer and wine assortment, an emphasis on local offerings and enough of the grocery staples to round out your shopping experience in this full-service store.

We are looking for a Supervisor of our wellness department with responsibility for driving sales, ordering, managing shrink and stellar customer service. Requested 3-5 years of experience with working with vitamins, supplements and body care products and a strong working knowledge of these categories.

This position is full-time. Scheduled hours will fluctuate, but you must be available until 5pm and including weekends.

Lucky’s Market Apothecary Department offers a wide variety of healthy living products that are as dynamic and exciting as the people who use them. You’ll find everything from immune health options to body care, even the over-the-counter remedies your family needs.

Duties

-Maintain proper ordering, inventory management, and contribution to store profit margin

-Build and maintain sale displays and endcaps including cross-merch displays around the store according to the promo planner and weekly flyer ads

-Maintain excellent presentation of product, department facing, and department schematics, as well as ensure tag and pricing accuracy

-Monitor product rotation keep an expiration date log for products in order to reduce shrink, as well as log and discard outdated or spoiled items

-Log invoices daily and ensure the department's general ledger is balanced

-Interview, train, develop, motivate, and counsel department team members in a manner that creates a high-performance team and high morale

-Provide timely and thorough performance reviews and evaluations

-Write department schedules to meet the needs of the business and the labor budget

-Participate in store inventories and ensure accurate counting for all products

-Maintain a high level of customer service at all times by being friendly and approachable, responding promptly to customer needs and questions, and assisting customers with information and product selection

-Maintain a high level of knowledge and awareness of store products and relevant industry trends

-Ensure cleanliness of aisles, storage area, and all work areas

-Ensure compliance with company safety and security standards

-Ensure Health Department guidelines and DSHEA regulations as they pertain to a grocery retail environment

  • Medicines
  • Display a strong and dependable work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task, good communication skills, customer service orientated, patience, adaptable, high energy level, and good integrity
  • Possess a passion for natural remedies
  • Ability to left up to 25 pounds for stocking of merchandise.
