Essential Functions :
Assess loan type; review operating agreements; bylaws or Trust documents; confirm accurate signers for loan; prepare due diligence for file confirming accurate collateral;
order required services such as flood certs and title work, obtain appraisal and environmental reports or buyer invoices.
Communicate with lender on various requirements of the loan documentation and loan covenants.
Prepare loan documentation closing packages for Real Estate and Non-Real Estate loans; coordinate closing with title agents;
provide closing costs to title agent; review closing statement
Requirements
Necessary Skills : Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat is needed. Ability to work in a team environment and work independently as needed.
Attention to detail is essential. Courtesy in dealing with others is required. Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications : One to three years of similar or related experience and a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school are preferred.
