Luhr Crosby, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant for our Columbia, Il Office. The candidate will be working with Engineers and Project Managers to manage contracts and projects for a variety of owners including Federal, State, and local government as well as private entities.
Daily Tasks
· Records management and document control
· Proof documents – spelling and grammar
· Read, Write, Prepare correspondence
· Prepare proposals
· Assist with special projects
· Office management – ordering supplies, restocking
· Prepare and Manage Bonds
· Project search – searching for potential upcoming projects
· Data Entry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
