Luke's Lawn Care is an established and rapidly growing lawn and landscape business located in the West Knoxville area. We are looking for honest, hard-working, and highly qualified individuals with experience in the commercial and residential landscaping industry and overall property maintenance to join our team. Available positions include landscaping foreman (experience required) and crew members (experience required).

Landscape Crew Leader:

REQUIREMENTS

- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICENSE and transportation to and from shop located in Hardin Valley

- Clean driving history and ability to drive a commercial dump truck and pickup truck/trailer

- Must show up on time and be ready to work hard

- Experience in landscape maintenance and installation at residential and commercial properties

• Mulching, hedge trimming, property cleanup and haul off, etc.
• Proper planting of shrubs and trees, sod installation, boulder and rock installation, boulder and block retaining wall installation, stone and paver patio installation, drainage installation, etc.

DESCRIPTION

- Paid weekly

- Overtime pay

- Paid holidays and vacation after a waiting period

- Christmas bonus

- Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays during growing season

- Typical hours 7:30a to 5:30p

- Typical work week 40-50 hours

- Team oriented

- Maintain lawns and perform other related tasks

- Maintain strong client relationships

*Additional information: Pay depends upon applicant's experience and skill level. All positions are outdoors, very physical, and fast-paced. Estimated workday is 7:30am to 5:30pm. End and start times may vary depending on weather and job task.

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
