Job Objective
To provide efficient, effective, and quality knowledge-based training services and training device support solutions to the U.S. Army and partner nations worldwide in domestic and foreign (to include austere and non-austere environments and contingency and non- contingency operations) locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide planning, coordination, and support of constructive simulation exercises, after action review data collection, preparation and presentation; develop and provide program of instruction (POI) training packages and lesson materials
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring of the NATO staff
- Provide training for Observer/Coach-Trainers
- Provide assistance and training with creation of a functional Opposing Force capability
- Provide technical support for LVC technologies
- Provide assistance and training in the integration of LVC domains and emerging technologies
- Provide limited hardware procurement/repair
