Applied Behavior Analysis - Clinical Supervisor

Company: Lumary Therapy, is an ABA Agency. We offer individualized behavioral services to adults and children diagnosed with autism by using principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis in the home. Our focus is to work with clients, families, and the community to provide the highest quality of care! We help increase desired behavior and decrease unwanted behavior. Our priority is individualized, client-centered care to help foster development and learning.

We are looking for a Program Supervisor. The right candidate will have two years of experience working in the field of ABA, helping adults and children with autism. Leadership skills preferred (training and managing therapists).

Compensation: Competitive Salary

Responsibilities :

• Observe behavioral therapists, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide feedback

• Assess client’s treatment plans and progress in a timely manner (review data, write progress reports, and discharge reports)

• Provide clinical program management for clients; which includes evaluating client needs on an ongoing basis, providing parent training, and problem solving to help each client reach their potential

• Experience conducting FBAs (preferred)

• Coordinate client visits to observe behavioral technician sessions and provide coaching and clinical support where necessary

• Act as a liaison between clinical director, behavioral therapists and parents to ensure the program is being implemented effectively and successfully

• Communicate parental concerns, available when emergencies arise, and available for behavioral therapists via phone or email

• Produce accurate time records in the scheduling/reporting system, monitor client’s schedule and rendered hours for accuracy

• Maintain client files and treatment logs in Central Reach

• Assists with training of therapists

Required Qualification:

• Master Degree a must

• Min. of 5 years working in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis

• Min. of 2 year supervising/designing ABA programs

• Motivated to teach/train staff

• Motivated to establish a working relationship with clients, parents and community

• Follow HIPPA and BCBA code of ethics
