Job Description

Lumber One is rapidly growing and seeking an entry level, self-starting, results driven office professional to handle accounting and office related duties. Accounting experience is desired.

Duties include:

  • Clerical duties – making copies, sending faxes, basic office duties
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Run errands for the office
  • Data entry for payables and receivables
  • Assist with other accounting projects as necessary
  • Maintain an orderly filing system

Requirements include:

  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Reliable and professional with proven track record
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • General office required

Training is provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Littleville, AL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
