Job Description
Lumber One is rapidly growing and seeking an entry level, self-starting, results driven office professional to handle accounting and office related duties. Accounting experience is desired.
Duties include:
- Clerical duties – making copies, sending faxes, basic office duties
- Maintain office equipment and supplies
- Run errands for the office
- Data entry for payables and receivables
- Assist with other accounting projects as necessary
- Maintain an orderly filing system
Requirements include:
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Reliable and professional with proven track record
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- General office required
Training is provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Littleville, AL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
