The Role

As a Lumen Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for all contact center support activities and expected to provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.

The Main Responsibilities

Assist customers across multiple different channels such has email, SMS, calls, and chats
Offline Support Functions including but not limited to:
* Processing change orders
* Investigating customer concerns
* System issues
* Billing concerns
Handle customer complaints/concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Stay customer focused to improve customer experience
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right processes/tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

What We Look For in a Candidate

Minimum one year of customer service experience
Effective communication skills: pleasant phone voice, proper grammar, clear, effective, and professional
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Active listening skills and the ability to problem solve
Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center environment
