The Role

The Lead Scrum Master is an organizational change agent, confident in rolling-wave release planning, and is a life-long learner with a passion for agile thinking and techniques.We are looking for a strongLeadstrong strongScrum Masterwho has primary responsibility of facilitating the learning and growth of one or more Agile teams in developing a lean-Agile mindset, improving practices and guiding them to more predictable delivery. The Lead Scrum Master plays a role in facilitating Agile ceremonies and planning of releases, removing impediments, providing guidance, and supporting Agile teams.
The Main Responsibilities
- Coordinates initiatives and drives teams to meet commitments based on the plan.
- Develops and implements processes and practices that enable teams to evolve to leaner thinking.
- Identifies and implements metrics that drive quality, delivery and change with an initiative.
- Assists organization to realize maximum results and value on investments by leveraging agile frameworks, methods and practices.
- Highly effective at administering basic scrum cadence (Stand-ups, sprint planning, demo, retro, etc.) ; understands and communicates the why .
- Innovates new techniques to evolve agile concepts.
- Shares and spreads knowledge in the agile community.
- Organizational change agent. Confident in rolling-wave release planning.
- Life-long learners with a passion for agile thinking and techniques.
- Creates high performing teams with a collective sense of ownership and drive to deliver.
- Knowledgeable in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and able to apply lean agile practices at enterprise scale.
- Ability to prioritize work requests coming from multiple stake holders
- Ability to work on multiple priorities
What We Look For in a Candidate
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent eduaction and related experience
- 8 years related experience
Preferred
- Master's degree
- 6 years related experience

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
