The Role
This position is a technician for customer/company network systems installation and/or maintenance activities.
The Main Responsibilities
- Works on relatively straightforward installation and/or maintenance assignments on network switching equipment.
- Monitors network operations and resolves routine network monitoring problems.
- Monitors network performance
- Conducts routine monitoring equipment installation and maintenance activities

Resolves routine trouble tickets.

- Associates's degree or equivalent education and related experience
- 2 years of related experience

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
