Customer Service Representative
Position Requirement: Must report to the office M-F
Reports directly to: Operations Manager
Lumien Lighting, a new leader in the landscape lighting manufacturing industry, is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative.
Summary of Position
As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing effective customer service for all distributors by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of our product and processes as well as communicating effectively with team members. The goal is to work in conjunction with the Regional Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and an overall positive experience.
Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to)
- Process inbound/outbound customer calls using proper telephone etiquette and a personal/conversational approach
- Process orders, warranties, returns, etc. with accuracy and efficiency
- Stay informed of all account-specific rules, ensuring orders comply
- Utilize provided tools and acquired product knowledge to identify desired product quickly and accurately
- Work closely with RAMs to make sure distributor’s needs are taken care of in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2B Customer Service setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Quickbooks Enterprise Knowledge
- Problem-Solving & Clear Phone Communication Skills
- Positive and Friendly Teamwork Attitude
- Excellent Time-Management, Multi-tasking, and Follow-Up Skills
- Product Knowledge (You will be trained on our product lines.)
