Position Overview:

As the Head of Venture (m/f/d), you will be responsible for leading a dedicated venture unit within the parent company Lumina Spes Group. Working closely with the Risk and Portfolio team and reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee strategic development, operational efficiency, and market expansion, with the goal of scaling your unit to global market leadership. This role is essentially a venture CEO position, providing exposure to strategic decision-making at the highest level. We are seeking a driven and strategic leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, someone who thrives in high-stakes environments and is determined to build a unicorn story.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

·     Develop and implement growth strategies for your unit in collaboration with our Risk and Portfolio team

·     Ensure strategic alignment between the venture and LSG’s objectives

Mentorship & Development:

·     Promote a winning mindset and innovative thinking across all teams

Market Expansion:

·     Identify new market opportunities and scaling strategies for global expansion

·     Facilitate partnerships and alliances that accelerate growth

Operational Excellence:

·     Monitor unit performance and guide teams to achieve operational efficiency

·     Implement best practices for strategic goal execution

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Entrepreneurial Experience:

·     Proven experience in founding or leading startups (3 years).

·     High-energy, results-driven individual with a relentless pursuit of winning, regardless of challenges
