About the Position
We are looking for an e-commerce product manager to manage our commercial websites, ensure they run as intended, track, communicate, and build strategies around the demands and feedback of the customers, and ensure that the quality of the products are as per set standards. This role will be in charge of the e-commerce platforms itself as a product, they are the point person when it comes to developing the optimal customer experience and serve as the liaison between our technical product development team, business development managers and executives, as well as other affiliated partners.
Requirements
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Google Data Studio and other analytic software tools
- Comfortable working with and structuring data warehouses (including working with different APIs)
- Ability to be very detailed oriented while also working on multiple projects at once
- Hard worker and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced evolving startup-like environment
- Naturally proactive and an open communicator
- Desire to be a go-to resource for information and reports pertaining to company performance
- Willingness to collaborate, share ideas, and be solution-oriented
Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive market research and create realistic user stories for site development and optimization
- Collaborate regularly with the team to develop and introduce new features as needed
- Develop product strategy based on the state of business including KPIs and user behaviors and create product roadmaps
- Analyze business goals and requirements and coordinate efforts to increase performance relating to commercial strategy
Compensation
- Competitive salary based on relevant experience, current capabilities, and potential growth: $85,000 - $125,000
