Lumio is Home Experience, Elevated.™ About This Role In this role, you will lead our Enterprise Applications team supporting Workday, Salesforce, Netsuite, and other Enterprise-wide applications. You will lead teams consisting of System Admins, Engineers and Architects. You will partner with our various functions to ensure we have processes and technologies that solve their business challenges. Overall Responsibilities Responsible for the oversight of our business function in understanding business requirements Extensive customer service capability with the ability to deliver exceptional experiences Ability to interface between the business and developers, translate business concepts into technical terms, and guide developers through the integration process Understand the business use cases presented and work with your team to provide solutions Keep senior management abreast of developments, escalations, risks, and potential delays that may affect projects Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to converse with developers, project managers, product managers, and C-level executives within Lumio Proven communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-functionally to influence others, drive results/change, and implement projects/processes Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities to assess and drive process improvements and solve complex business problems Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably computer science, engineering, or a similar discipline Minimum 5 years of working with software developers, technical specifications, and payment processing experience Ability to interpret and explain complex technical specifications to others Fundamental project management experience is preferred Familiarity with Workday, Netsuite, and Salesforce What We Offer Competitive Medical, Dental & Vision Options Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401k Match Ancillary Benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Eleven (11) Observed holidays Learning and Development Legal Disclaimer Lumio, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values workplace diversity.
