Site Surveyor

About This Role The Site Surveyor performs a wide variety of duties. The ideal candidate will be skilled, prideful in their craft, motivated, willing to learn, reliable, and dependable. Most importantly the ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high level of business ethics. Overall Responsibilities Assess job site conditions upon arrival. Measure roof planes and take photographs. Assess shading. Basic Knowledge in electrical Upload site assessment information into company CRM. Perform other tasks and duties as required such as Installation of Monitoring Equipment such as the Neurio or Sense unit. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Some college preferred Must have a clean driving record (MVR) Strong time management skills required - must be able to create and maintain schedule without additional support Ability to work independently and with minimal instruction/direction Comfortable working with a variety of technologies - mobile device apps and laptop software Must highly organized and punctual Comfortable with heights and driving for long periods of time in between surveys Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time Experience interacting with a variety of customers Past solar experience preferred Able to obtain a notary license Basic Drone Knowledge ( Not Required but is helpful ) What We Offer Competitive Medical, Dental & Vision Options 401k & Match Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Ancillary Benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Eleven (11) Observed holidays Learning and Development Legal Disclaimer Lumio, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values workplace diversity.
