Lumio is Home Experience, Elevated.™ About This Role Lumio is seeking a self-motivated individual who is eager to contribute and learn to join our HRIS team. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You should have experience in reporting and troubleshooting minor Workday issues with keen attention to detail and timing. Overall Responsibilities Perform Workday administrative functions by monitoring our Workday Help Desk (JIRA) and administrative tasks within Workday Build, update and/or run reports within the Workday system Work closely with functional area subject matter experts and other stakeholders as needed to help test and implement efficient solutions Model best practice components of customer service Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 system issues Assist with Workday feature release updates and enhancements Qualifications 4-6 years experience in a Workday Coordinator role Demonstrated ability to build and extract reports within Workday Experience with ticketing systems (i.e., JIRA, Remedy, etc.) Ability to prioritize (and re-prioritize) as business needs change Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation What We Offer Competitive Medical, Dental & Vision Options Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401k Match Ancillary Benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Eleven (11) Observed holidays Learning and Development Legal Disclaimer Lumio, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values workplace diversity.
