The Role
 
Lumivero is actively seeking an experienced Director of Sales that thrives on providing impactful coaching, training, and development to our remote SaaS sales team. You will lead a team of Account Executives to win new logo business within the Fortune 1000 corporate market segment by sharing the benefits of Lumivero’s cutting-edge data intelligence solutions. A "player-coach" by nature, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and lead by example, actively engaging with your team and their prospects.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for coaching and developing a team of Account Executives focused on generating and driving results through best practice and daily sales activity to exceed revenue targets. You will bring the ability and desire to thrive in a fast paced, rapid growth environment, with perseverance to find creative and effective ways to increase productivity and results.

More specifically, you will:
  • Execute the Lumivero sales strategy for achieving company and team growth objectives.
  • Recruit, motivate and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Create and foster a high functioning performance driven culture.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure performance against targets.
  • Drive consistent use CRM and broader sales tech stack.
  • Earn SLT and ELT confidence by consistently demonstrating a combination of strategic acumen, disciplined execution, delivery of results, and timely communication/engagement on key areas of responsibility.

Required Skills & Experience
 
  • 3-5 years of experience leading high performing, remote sales teams responsible for penetrating new logo prospects and generating recurring revenue in a SaaS environment.
  • Prior experience leading a team size of 8 direct reports.
  • Demonstrable track record of long-term success having consistently exceeded six-figure quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies for revenue growth through acquisition of Fortune 1000 corporate accounts.
  • Proven ability hiring, on-boarding, and developing high performing sellers and leaders.
  • Ability to understand and implement sales processes and systems to enable growth and improve productivity.
  • High energy, driven, and confident with the ability to establish instant credibility and rapport with stakeholders, direct reports, and leadership team.
  • Ability to thrive within a challenging and fast paced business environment.
  • Proficiency in SalesForce.com, Outreach, and MS Office.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience successfully selling data intelligence SaaS software to Fortune 1000 brands.
  • Graduate of formal sales (Challenger, Solution Selling, etc.) training programs.

Salary
  • The base salary is $110,000 - $125,000 annually.
  • This role is eligible for commissions.
