This role focuses on developing and implementing data analyses, visualizations, and reports to support internal decision-making and external stakeholder engagement. - Developing and Maintaining Reports:
- Design and generate internal and external-facing reports and data visualizations.
- Ensure reports accurately represent the data and support operational objectives.
- Create user-friendly, visually appealing reports that provide actionable insights.
- Maintaining Data Cleanliness:
- Regularly audit and clean data to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Gathering Requirements:
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to understand their data needs and objectives.
- Engage stakeholders to gather detailed requirements.
- Use gathered information to guide the development of data reports and analytics solutions.
- Writing Specifications for Data Reports:
- Prepare detailed specifications for required data reports and analytics projects.
- Document data sources, methodologies, and visualization techniques.
- Ensure clarity and alignment with stakeholder requirements.
- Project Management:
- Manage timelines and oversee data sprint cycles from conception through execution.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and objectives are met.
- Data Analysis and Visualization:
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques and tools to extract insights from complex datasets.
- Create compelling visualizations that convey findings in an intuitive and impactful manner.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a key liaison between the Clinical Operations team and other departments or external partners.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve data analysis and reporting processes.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics to drive innovation and efficiency within the team.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years in a Clinical setting for Data Analytics
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau) to analyze and present data effectively.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and techniques to improve operational efficiencies is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MIPS program requirements and experience with risk adjustment methodologies.
- Familiarity with remote therapeutic monitoring concepts and patient engagement funnel reporting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation commensurate with experience and location.
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
