What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onboarding associate position at Luna Physical Therapy?
Here at Luna, the Patient Call Center Representative (better known as Onboarding Associate within our Concierge Team) will be responsible for answering incoming calls from both new and recurring patients and scheduling them with available physical therapists in Luna’s network.

Responsibilities
- Manage the registering, scheduling and rescheduling for all new and existing patients
- Record Management Ensure the proper information is obtained and communicated with the patient (i.e. identification, patient history, insurance information, missed appointment policy, therapist arrival instructions, intake form, etc.)
- Receive, screen and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers
- Place outbound calls and emails to patient leads

This is a remote role for those who live 50 miles from our Nashville, TN and Rocklin, CA headquarters. Those who live within 50 miles of either Rocklin or Nashville will be expected to be in office for 3 months for training and will then move to a hybrid schedule, pending satisfactory performance.
