What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onboarding associate position at Luna Physical Therapy?
Here at Luna, the Patient Call Center Representative (better known as Onboarding Associate within our Concierge Team) will be responsible for answering incoming calls from both new and recurring patients and scheduling them with available physical therapists in Luna’s network.

Responsibilities
- Manage the registering, scheduling and rescheduling for all new and existing patients
- Record Management Ensure the proper information is obtained and communicated with the patient (i.e. identification, patient history, insurance information, missed appointment policy, therapist arrival instructions, intake form, etc.)
- Receive, screen and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers
- Place outbound calls and emails to patient leads
Requirements

Please confirm you have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Please confirm you are able to work at least one weekend day weekly.
Please confirm you have experience working in a high call volume environment / call center and that it is reflected on your resume.
If working remotely, please confirm you are able to attend our virtual 2 week training from 7 : 00AM-3 : 30PM PST
