Here at Luna, the Patient Call Center Representative (better known as Onboarding Associate within our Concierge Team) will be responsible for answering incoming calls from both new and recurring patients and scheduling them with available physical therapists in Luna’s network.
Our ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently while exhibiting exceptional communication skills and professionalism in order to ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.

Please confirm you have experience working in a high call volume environment / call center and that it is reflected on your resume.
If working remotely, please confirm you are able to attend our virtual 2 week training from 7 : 00AM-3 : 30PM PST
