Position: Residential Program Counselor
About the Position:
The residential Counselor position includes 4 ten hour shifts weekly. The pay is $19-22/hr - all hours worked between midnight and 7 am receive an additional $2.50/hr, or $21.50-24.50! Hours are 10 pm-8 am.

- Saturday – Tuesday 10pm-8am (full time)
- Sunday/Monday 10pm-8am (part time)
Responsibilities:
- Counselors provide parent education, life skill support, and milieu management within the treatment setting providing residential services to pregnant and parenting individuals and their children.
- Responsibilities also include medication administration, transportation, and other duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure high-quality integrated services for individuals with mental health and substance use treatment needs.

What We Look For:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field is preferred; individuals pursuing Bachelor's degree or with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience providing care to young children.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment; flexibility, adaptability, and open-mindedness necessary.
- Experience working in a residential treatment setting is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
