Overview: This position is responsible for maintaining a positive work environment for employees and a positive shopping experience for customers through planning, coordinating, and training of store employees. Duties include communication, recruiting, processing employment changes, time and attendance reporting, bookkeeping, payroll processes, and onboarding.
Day in the Life:
Location: Primarily in office spaces, sales floor, and checkout stands.

You will gain expertise in a variety of management functions including day-to-day store operations and processes involving all departments. In addition, you will have the opportunity to ensure appropriate staffing levels, communicate new procedures and policies to staff, and provide overall support to the General Manager and Store Manager in all facets of the business operation.
Qualifications: Qualified candidates have previous administrative HR-related experience, prior team leadership experience, and previous payroll and/or bookkeeping experience.
