What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at Lunge Marketing?

This individual is responsible for supporting assigned account manager(s) business objectives on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis. This associate supports the account manager(s)in completing various tasks to provide our solutions to the client in a timely manner. This associate is also responsible for social media and website content assistance, as needed.


The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The associate will be required to perform other job-related tasks/responsibilities requested by the supervisor. Job duties may change as required by the needs of the company.


1. Serve as a support contact for all creative matters for assigned account manager(s) book of business

2. Responsible for accurate completion of various spreadsheets and documents (updating optimization status on internal/external documents, item updates, etc.)

3. Creation of Detail Page Images (for all ecommerce channels necessary)

4. Creation of A detail pages and enhanced content (images and content)

5. Creation of Brand Store frameworks and content, plus management of their updates

6. Creation of Amazon Posts images that align with new product launches, seasonal promotions, etc.

7. Creation of Amazon Video and DSP Ads (and others as needed)

8. Creation or editing of product or brand videos

9. Assists in account and product audits: images, A , brand store, special promotions, posts, ads, etc.

10. Case submission and case log follow-up

11. Assists with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

12. Ensures accurate time tracking and proper utilization of resources


Qualifications:

1. Ideally a four-year college degree (B.A. or B.S.) related to Graphic Design

2. 1-3 Years of Graphic Design Experience

3. Proficient in Adobe suite – Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.

4. Ideally has knowledge of Amazon’s Vendor Central and/or Seller Central

5. Strong communication skills across all channels (oral, written, email, phone, etc.)

6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to detail

7. Completely comfortable with Outlook, basic Excel, client interaction

8. Possesses high-level creative and analytical thinking

9. Familiarity with social media best practices and tools
