General Job Objectives: The Customer Service Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the department. The manager makes certain that responses to customer inquiries are completed in a timely fashion to achieve service and quality standards.

Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the call center including selection, training, staffing, scheduling and maintaining quality standards.
