The Housing Director at Copper Glen assists with the daily operations of the assisted living. They work alongside the Administrator and Director of Health to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care.

The Housing Director at Copper Glen assists with the daily operations of the assisted living. They work alongside the Administrator and Director of Health to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Assists with the daily operations of the assisted living
- Maintains the staffing schedule
- Prepares the activities calendar and assists with leading activities
- Leads tours and communicates with prospective residents and their families
- Assists with admissions and discharges
- Assists with marketing and maintains relationships with community members
- Works with the Administrator and Director of Health on short and long-term goals
- Builds and maintains occupancy
- Works with the Administrator to create and maintain budgets
- Maintains documentation on resident services and prepares monthly billing
- Communicates with residents, families, and employees
- Assists with hiring, training, and discipling of staff
- Maintains knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Attends various organizational meetings
- Works with Director of Health on various tasks
- On-call to assist with scheduling and facility concerns
- Other tasks as assigned
- Licensed as an Assisted Living Director (LALD) in Minnesota is preferred
- Minnesota Food Manager Certification or ability to obtain within in six months of employment
- Experience working in a long-term care or assisted living setting is preferred
- Must be able to complete and pass a background check
